Hand wash the cover when needed. Air dry only. Do not iron. Do not allow inner pouch to get wet. Do not use on infants or anyone sleeping, or where there are symptoms of appendicitis.

Can Herbie Love Hug be heated in the microwave?

Yes, Herbie’s removable inner pouch can be heated in a rotating turntable microwave according to the manufacturer's heating instructions.

How to use Herbie as a Heat Pack:

Remove the inner pouch from the cover and place it onto a clean, dry plate (in a rotating turntable microwave only). Make sure the silicone beads are evenly dispersed inside the pouch.

Heat for 30 seconds, then carefully touch to test temperature. Continue to heat in 10 second increments until desired temperature. Up to a maximum 2 minutes for 500-700 watt microwaves and a maximum of 1 minute and 30 seconds for 800 - 1000 watt microwaves. Once warm enough return the inner pouch to the cover with care.

Can Herbie Love Hug be chilled?

Yes, Herbie Love Hug can also be chilled when cooling comfort is preferred, making it a versatile heat and cold plush toy.

How to use Herbie as a Cold Compress Pack

Remove the inner pouch from the cover and place it in a reusable bag and put it in the freezer to chill.

Is the Herbie Love Hug cover washable?

Yes, the Herbie Love Hug has a removable cover that can be taken off through the Velcro enclosure for easy washing.
